CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 272(FIN) An Act relating to allowing                     
the commissioner of corrections to allow a prisoner to serve a term            
of imprisonment or period of temporary commitment by electronic                
monitoring; and relating to the crime of escape which had been                 
placed at the bottom of the calendar (page 4069) was before the                
Senate in second reading.                                                      
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                 
objection, it was so ordered.                                                  
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 272(FIN) was read the third time.                        
                                                                               
Senator Donley moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                    
shown as a cross sponsor on the bill. Without objection, it was so
